At Paradisia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos of the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Paradisia is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
